What a brilliant place. Would never have thought of looking for a restaurant on an industrial estate. Food was very good; we opted for the Sunday roast menu on recommendation and were not disappointed. Lovely and tasty with good choices to be had on the main menu as well. Service a bit slow considering we were about the only ones but more staff arrived towards the end of our meal, and more customers started arriving so probably just our timing. Take a jumper or keep your jacket on though because it was cold and we had been warned it would be. That’s what you get for mid January Would go back to try some more traditional starters and from the main menu next time

This place is our family favourite. If ever there is a gathering of us all we always say FRESCA . The staff are always the same people which shows a great working well run team. The food is consistently excellent. The staff are happy the and restaurant is clean and busy which speaks volumes!!!! BRAVO FRESCO

Brilliant food best cooking I've had in ages. Very delicious. Tried another Italian restaurant in Mumps Oldham and the chef at Fresca is far better. Superb starters and delicious food. Can't wait to go back.
